Client brief was to thoroughly remodel & renovate this large 4 bedroom home, creating a new master suite with an office and large central storage room to the dark centre of the home.
We renovated all 4 bathrooms.
We agreed the most beautiful light and aspect of the home was to the front with the courtyard pool, so we moved the kitchen with butlers pantry to this end. With all new polished porcelain tiles I added various textures and soft hues. Polytec thermolaminated wrap as the Island and rangehood 3D panelling features. (Cove 25, Coastal Oak) Subtle marble benchtops with a herringbone splashback. This set the theme to the home with more paneling and bespoke Durian wood slat detailing and custom door, staying light and coastal.
Finishing off with classic comfy coastal styling.
